This film is one of the best LGBT cinematic I’ve seen. Here I am alone on Christmas 2013, and to be honest I was searching at first for some corn-scripted movie with eye candy to pass the times and catch up on my personal culture exposure quota. My better judgment seized the moment when I read the synopsis of White Frog.
Nick Young is a young kid with Asperger syndrome, a form of autism shown by difficulties of social interaction nonverbal communication and clumsiness. The only person that made him feel normal was his older brother, Charles, whom loves him to death. But life happens and Nick is left to find his way alone, his parents struggling to cope with their loss, but eventually have his brother’s friends help him, and help him learn more about the love that Chaz always had for everyone.
No one is normal: everyone is different. But you can always count on a loving sibling to make you feel accepted.
